Refunds & Exchanges

 

At this time Shophimynamestee is currently not processing any returns due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Once the check out process is complete and the product has left the warehouse Shophimynamestee is no longer responsible for any items. Shipping fees are also non refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from the warehouse. Therefore we are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Committed to providing you the highest quality products and customer service, Shophimynamestee has a dedicated quality inspection and control assurance team that will inspect all items.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that Shophimynamestee can assess the issue to reach a solution.
